કોણ છે એ માલિક 

જે બંધનો થી મુક્ત કરશે  ;

પણ મન છે કે માનતું નથી,

એને ગમે ખાવિંદ એ 

જે બંધનો માં બાંધતો રહે ,

જંજીરો થી જેની ,

ઉમ્ર ને જકડતો રહે  ;

સાંકળો થી ઘસાય ને 

દિલ ના ઘાવ 

ઊંડા ને ઊંડા થતા ચાલ્યા ;

શું આવશે એવો સમય 

જયારે ,

કર્યા જેણે ઘાવ ઊંડા 

એ પોતે 

મલમ પણ લગાવશે  ?
