દિવાના નું દિલ છે
ગાંડુ જ રહેશે ,
હોય કે ના હોય શમા ,
પતંગ તો સળગતો જ રહેશે ;
અગર
પરવાના ની કપાઈ પાંખ ,
તો શમા પણ શરમાઈ
બૂઝાઈ જાશે !
પણ દિપક નિત નવા
જલતા રહેશે ,
શું એક કરમાયું ફૂલ તો
વાયરો વસંત નો
લજાઈ જાશે ?
ઉઠશે નવી જ્વાળા ,
રહેશે ચાલતી નવી કારવાં ,
છોડી જશુ જે ગીત , તારા - મારા ,
નવા રાગે ,
દુનિયા ગાતી રહેશે
