મારે આજ કૈંક કહેવું છે ,

જયારે તે માન્યું કે

ત્યારે કેમ ના રોક્યો મને ?
હતી કઈ એવી મજબૂરી કે
દબોચી દઈ ગળુ , ખુદ ના અરમાનો નું ,
રહી ખામોશ ?
ભૂલ તારી ન્હોતી , મારી પણ હતી ,
મેં પણ અરમાનો ને મૌન થી માર્યા !
શું માંગુ જવાબ તારી પાસે ?
ખુદ ને કરેલ સવાલ નો
જવાબ ક્યાં થી , તારી પાસે !
બનાવી બહાનું તકદીર નું ,
જીવવાનો ઢોંગ કરું છું !
અને ખુદ ને પૂછું છું ,
" નસીબે આપી નસીયત
કે , ગુનેહગાર તારો છું ? "
કર્યો જે ગુન્હો મેં , તકદિર ,
સજા મને દે ,
મને મારા હાલ પર છોડી દે ,
ના હું કાબિલ , તારી દયા નો ,
ના લાયક પ્રિયા ની ક્ષમા નો
