એક ઉમ્ર ની છૂપાવી આહત ,
પણ કેમ કરી છુપાવું ચાહત ?
કરી જેમ તેમ પહોંચ્યો
ચાર વિસ ને ચાર ની ચોકડી પર ,
પણ હવે કેવું વળવું
જમણે કે ડાબે ?
હવે નથી વળાંક કોઈ બાકી ,
નથી કોઈ હોડ
ન ઝાંઝવા ના જળ પીવા ની દોડ ;
સવાર થતાં થતાં તો
ઢળી જાય છે સાંજ ,
પછી સપના માં
કરતા કરતા ,
રહી જાય છે અધૂરી વાત ;
જરૂર
તારી મારી વચ્ચે
અંતર ઓછું થયું છે ,
વિચારતા એ ,
વિરહ ની વેદના પણ
કમ સતાવે છે !
